Mercure Klaipeda City Hotel, Meetings, Events, Restaurant & Bar - Accor Group

Arriving at the Mercure in Klaipeda, I was welcomed by friendly staff who genuinely seemed eager to help. The superior double room had a cozy atmosphere with great amenities. A massive TV added to my relaxation after a day of exploring. Breakfast was excellent, with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes, including delicious vegan options. I faced some difficulties with the shower operation, which wasn't straightforward to use. I noticed that the furniture on the balcony needed cleaning, and noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted my peace. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable, with attentive service making my stay pleasant.

magnificent location away from town center, welcoming staff, everything was good. really enjoyed the spotless and huge room with a balcony and the way it was setup. the provided service was exceptional.

The room size is decent. Breakfast features a variety of options that cater to diverse tastes, ensuring a good start to the day.

The water pressure in the shower was annoyingly inconsistent, and it was like a soap factory with the sudsy water. Soundproofing needs substantial improvement, hearing intimate conversations from neighboring rooms can ruin a getaway. The pillows lacked comfort, and the absence of a summer blanket was an unwelcome oversight.

Very comfortable, without being pretentious. Excellent for visitors (like us) . travelling a long way (and a long time) from home.Excellent value for money (and thank you for the upgrade)

The room was a bit stuffy without the windows open. I think that the air conditionig got overwhelmed when the sun was shining through the western windows and I suggest that the western curtains in the room be kept closed when the room is not occupied

Had a proper boss time, la! The room was spot on, comfy as can be, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a treat with loads of options. The only downside? The bar closed a bit early, had me wishing for a nightcap!

The hotel is situated within an easy walk of the centre of town. The decor and comfort of the room were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was helpful, even coordinating with the airport when my luggage was delayed.

The bathroom layout was inconvenient, especially with a toilet placed too close to the sink, making it awkward to use.

Family with children, cozy experience

The staff was attentive, like when they noticed my son's birthday and surprised us with a little treat. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, I reminded me of I was dining like a king!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious and cozy, with a nice, clean vibe. I loved the big TV with Chromecast for chilling after a long day. The best part was definitely the heated bathroom floors-such a treat! While the pillows could've been comfier, the ambience made up for it. I felt relaxed and right at home.
